A Brief Explanation of the Healing Action of Accutone Meridian Treatments
Our physical bodies are only an aspect of what we truly are. In reality not of our perceiving we are beings of light and energy. In our reality, our minds and bodies are inadvertently shaped by our consciousness, our thoughts and intentions. The mind and body are reflections of the same thing in different forms. Our bodies are the conduit of life energy that flows through the universe; within our bodies are currents of this energy which the Chinese have accurately described as the life force, or I: “That which was first in heaven is QI, on earth it becomes visible as form”1. When we accumulate negative life energy we become dis-eased and eventually diseased. Just as matter and energy are interchangeable, thought and energy are interchangeable. That energy can affect matter is obvious: look what a microwave oven does to food. The energy of thought impacts our bodies like unseen microwaves. Energy is measured in terms of frequency and power, like radio and TV stations operate at different frequencies and power ratings, and like the power that comes from your wall socket. Similarly, thoughts have different frequencies and power levels as well. Not unlike radio waves or microwaves or light waves, they are broadcast beyond our specific brains, yet have the greatest impact close to their source.
Recent research into consciousness 2 has been quantified the specific energy levels of various thoughts, and categorized thoughts into those which support us, and those which harm us. It is generally recognized that what harms the world can harm us. Pesticides and nuclear radiation are but two obvious examples. What is generally not recognized is that what harms us also harms the world. Since we are not alone, and the energy of our thoughts extends beyond the confines of your bodies, it’s positive or negative action can have affects anywhere. The cumulative effect of our thoughts can show up like the tornadoes that accompany thunderstorms, with unpredictable predictability. What you may ask are the thoughts and intentions that generate negative energy, harmful energy? Thoughts of shame, guilt, worthlessness, prolonged grief, fear, anger, and pride. These thoughts show up in our behavior and what we say, privately to ourselves, and openly to others. It makes no difference if the thought is unspoken; the energy of the thought still has its impact. Activities or thoughts involving criticism, blame, judgment, withdrawing, hiding, punishing, attacking and so on are all harmful to us. The thoughts and intentions that have positive energetic effects on our souls, bodies, and the entire universe, include willingness, inclusion, acceptance, and compassion.
There are certain people whom everyone likes to be around. We often say, “I like their energy”. We are absolutely correct about this. These people do broadcast good energy. There are other people we do not want to be around for just the opposite reason. We are all aware of this. But it goes much deeper than this. When we walk around criticizing, judging and blaming others or ourselves we distort our life energy. When we go though our life being angry and negative towards others or ourselves we generate negative energy that makes us feel bad and ultimately makes us suffer. The anger you hold onto upsets you as long as you feel it; your anger only possibly bothers the other person when you are around them. The effect of our emotions works slowly on our physical bodies across time. Eventually the energy fields of these negative thought patterns disrupt our normal spiritual energy flow, responsible for the body’s physical functioning, and create disease. It also does not matter if we are conscious of these thoughts. In fact most of the time we are unconscious of these thoughts. They are our background of obviousness and we are oblivious to them.
Sages and saints throughout time have stated these ideas. The problem has never been the message. The problem has always been how to take the message and to use it in your daily life. Illness shows up in the body where we can see it; however, cause is not in the material. The source of illness is found in the unseen energy patterns encoded in our thoughts. Necessary Equipment
1) CD player (a portable is fine) preferably one with the capability of playing the CD over and over. Do not try and copy the CD to an audiotape. Tapes stretch and tape players often play at inexact speeds. The frequencies on this CD are so exact that any distortion due to speed differential or stretching will render the treatment ineffective. If you have a CD "burner" in you computer, you are free to make yourself a copy to play daily in place of your original. While durable, CDs do ware with handling and mishandling. Store your original and play a copy if at all possible. Turn to volume to “HIGH” on the CD player even though you will hear nothing.

Instructions for CD use
The treatment for physical impairments on this should be applied at least once per day, each day applying the treatment within one hour of the previous day's treatment. You must treat yourself at the same time each day plus or minus one hour. For instance, if you treat yourself on Monday night at 11:00 pm, you must treat yourself on Tuesday between 10:00 and 12:00 midnight. IF on Tuesday you treat yourself at 10:30 pm, on Wednesday you must be treat yourself between 9:30 pm and 11:30 pm. and so on. The way to avoid timing problems is to play your CD continuously. If you have one than one CD use a carousel player that will allow you to play your CDs continuously in series. You will be treated whenever you are within the 40’ range of your CD player. We recommend continuous treatment, 24 hours per day, or at least overnight, for most conditions. In general, the more you play the CD the more likely it is that you will experience symptom relief.
TREATMENT
You may read, talk on the telephone, or engage in any other activity while playing to the CD. It is as simple as that. Stay within the transmitting range of your antenna (40’) and you can be assured of receiving a perfect treatment every time the CD plays. It is similar to having a continuous acupuncture treatment without needles and in the convenience of your setting. See the antenna instructions for a step-by-step guide to using your CD.
AFT formulas are very specific in their action. They only work on destabilizing the specific energy harmonic of the disorders for which they are intended. If you do not have the specific energy harmonic the formula cannot affect you.
If you are treating a physical problem you should play to the CD for at least 30-60 days in a row before anticipating changes, however changes may occur long before that point. The action of the sequences of electromagnetic impulses on the body is much more gentle than that provided by standard medical treatments, although the results are often startling.
If you are currently under medical treatment for an illness, it is recommended that you continue your treatment while using the CD. If you are using medication to alter a disease process such as insulin for diabetes, or medication for hypertension, it is recommended that you consult your physician before you contemplate changing your medical treatment plan. Medical treatments, working on the physical level do not interfere with AFT treatments.
AFT treatments, working on the energetic level do not interfere with medical treatments. Each treatment approaches physical illness from a different, but not necessarily contradictory, perspective. The manifestation of a physical disease is often quite obvious. Why it has manifested is the question. The "Why me" and "Why now?" of illness is poorly understood in medicine. We think that science has been looking in the wrong direction, outward rather than inward.

ANTENNA TRANSMITTER The enclosed device, as simple as it seems, is key to your CD treatments with any Accutone CD. Without out it, it is unlikely that you will see any improvement in your symptoms. The antennas are hand assembled, inspected, and sealed before shipping. There are no user serviceable parts in the antenna. Do not abuse it and it will last a lifetime. There is no warranty on a partially digested or otherwise destroyed antenna. Break your antenna and you will have to return it before you can purchase a new one.
The antenna should be plugged into the headphone jack of your CD player. It is designed to fit into a portable CD player. If you wish to use the antenna with a multiple CD player (carousel) you will need to purchase and adapter at your local electronics store.
Once you have placed the antenna into the CD player you are ready to use your CD. Turn the volume control to its highest level before you start the CD.
If you are only planning to play the CD one time, start you player and it will play until the CD is finished and then stop. If you wish to play the CD continuously, press the "MODE" button on the CD player until it shows "Continuous" on the LED display. Press start and your CD should play continuously.
Check you CD player throughout the day. Slight power interruptions can turn the CD player off without you noticing it happen. Reset you CD player if you find it turned off when it should be turned on.
The antenna broadcasts the energies encoded on the CD a full 40' from the CD player, in every direction. The energy waves pass through walls, floors, and ceilings. Anywhere you are, as long as you are within 40' of the CD player you will receive the full benefit of the CD.
The use of 2 CDs at the same time in one house is not recommended. If two or more CDs are to be played in the same house they should be played one after the other, not at the same time.
Use
the antenna cautiously around little children; it is small enough to swallow!

Remember:
1) Plug the antenna into your CD player
2) Turn the volume control to the highest setting
3) Set your CD for single or continuous play.
4) Start the CD.
5) Check the CD player to make sure that it is playing.
6) Store your CD in the plastic box it came in when not in use.
7) Guard your antenna from little hands and mouths.
