A: Mace Method or Mental Imagery Procedure is a very effective way of addressing any upsets that bother you consistently. It helps you drop behaviours and beliefs that don't lead to a happy and productive life.
These unwanted behaviors, which we call Identities, usually come in the form of stress, relationship problems, self sabotage , poor self esteem etc.
A: The beauty of Mace Method lies in its simplicity. Firstly, the physical feeling associated with the upset is handled then the identity behind it is dis-created using a unique mental exercise.
A: That’s ok, there is no disclosure required. “Talking about it” is not necessary, in fact it is actively discouraged in Mace Method.
A: No, if we are coping, then the problem is still there. What we are about is removing negative Identities that are in the way. Afterwards, you will feel quite normal but you will not be able to feel the way you did before about what was upsetting you.
A: Because these Identities are not rational. Your subconscious mind gets what it wants by the use of feelings and emotions and these are very often not what you consciously want. There is an internal conflict.
A: There are a huge amount of self help books available and many people have a large collection. If they were really effective people wouldn't keep buying them. Again, what we are talking about here is removing something that is not rational. Knowing about a solution and KNOWING are two entirely different things.
