Product Guarantee

At Magnetico, we have complete confidence in the effectiveness of our product. When you purchase your Magnetico Sleep Pad you will receive a Six-Month Satisfaction Guarantee. You must use the pad for a minimum of four (4) months. If you are not satisfied with the results obtained during the six (6) month period, you may return your Sleep Pad for a refund. Authorization to return the pad must be obtained before the expiration of the six month period.

You must correctly follow the use, care and positioning instructions included. If you have questions, please call customer service (1.800.265.1119).
Guarantee is valid for six (6) months only. The minimum four month requirement must be fulfilled.
Return authorization must be obtained before the six months is completed.
A return authorization number and shipping instructions must be obtained before shipping the Sleep Pad.
Please include a letter outlining the reasons for returning the Sleep Pad.
Return authorization number is valid for thirty-days. Sleep Pad must be shipped within this time frame.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping documents must be marked as "Canadian Goods Returning". Magnetico will not accept COD shipments.
Keep original shipping carton and protective plastic bag until after the six-month period to accommodate the return of the Sleep Pad if required. Magnetico is unable to provide replacement shipping material.
Please allow 4-6 weeks to process and credit refunds. A 10% restocking charge will apply on all returned items.

Refunds will not be made without PRIOR authorization.
